Client Overview

The Halliday Foundation is a community-led charity based in Glasgow’s East End. The organisation is dedicated to addressing poverty, inequality, homelessness, and social isolation by delivering practical support and inclusive programmes.

Project Background

The centre includes several smaller meeting rooms, a community café, and a large fully licensed function hall capable of seating up to 120 people. This versatile space supports weddings, corporate events, parties, and community gatherings.

Requirements

The Halliday Foundation requested a solution that would:

Panasonic PT-VMZ62EJ projector – a high-brightness unit suitable for well-lit halls, equipped with a long-throw lens capable of producing a 4-metre-wide projected image

Audio System

Adastra 240W amplifier featuring inputs for wired and wireless microphones, Bluetooth, USB, and DAB radio support
Three pairs of wall-mounted speakers positioned to ensure balanced audio coverage throughout the hall

Additional Equipment

A compact equipment rack to house and protect electronic components
High-quality connecting cables for long-term reliability
