Bray - Boardroom

Requirements

Bray are one of the premier global manufacturers of flow control and automation products and accessories, and need to be able to maintain effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and customers around the world.

To that end, they approached us to upgrade the audio-visual capabilities within the Board Room at their UK office in Glasgow.

Bray’s requirements included:

• Replace the existing outdated LCD projector with high brightness LED displays for local presentations and conferencing
• Implement a video conferencing solution with high quality video and microphones with compatibility with Microsoft Teams

The Solution

After discussion and successful demonstration of proof of concept the solution was provided using the following equipment:

• 2 x 75” LG Commercial Displays mounted side by side
• Logitech Rally Plus system comprising high definition PTZ camera, dual microphones and speakers
• A Barco Clickshare to enable Bring-Your-Own-Device (BTOD) capability, allowing wireless presentation to the displays from any user's electronic device
• Audio visual distribution and cabling to allow the user to show the conferencing laptop and the Barco Clickshare on either or both displays simultaneously
